Join us to explore the link between our physical and mental wellbeing. You may think of your mind and body as separate, but they impact each other. We’ll expand your awareness of this connection so you can empower your own wellbeing.
In part one, Samantha Harte, Doctor of Physical Therapy, will show how to strengthen key muscle groups often overlooked in a typical fitness regimen. Part two features Lauren Weinstein, TED speaker and lecturer at Stanford University, who shares how to overcome mental barriers and limiting beliefs.
Gym attire is recommended. Please bring a yoga mat (or similar).
