An Afternoon of Magic and Joy
Would you like to share your love of yoga and food with your children? Join the first edition of Yoga Kitch’n Kids.
You’re never too young to start your yoga journey and learn about the benefits of healthy eating. We begin the festivities with a yoga class, taught by Jessica Jablonski (Rise and Shine On Yoga), that brings calm, focus, and sparks your child’s imagination. Afterward, Dori Lancaster (Healing Thru Food), a certified nutrition educator, will show parents and their little ones how much fun and delightful preparing a healthy meal can be. We conclude the afternoon with delicious dishes to share and enjoy together. The class is open to children aged 2-6.
